High quality rocks
These rocks rock. They are very solid and leave no rock dust. So far, they work very well in the sauna heater, and we crank it up very high and keep it there. Despite some heavy use, I've seen no cracking or flaking. Not much more I can say. They do the job and that's what it's all about.

Seems like a fire hazard.
From the price tag I thought these would be decent quality stones. Wrong! I’ve used many different brands of stones and these are the only ones that scared me. Started popping after the 3rd or 4th use. Left nice burns in the clear cedar floor. A full refund wouldn’t even come close to covering the damage they caused.

Rock and roll.
When I got these today, I'll have to admit, I was totally surprised by the weight. I forgot that I had ordered a 33 lb box of stone, so when I went to pick it up off the porch I was wondering what i could have possibly ordered that was so heavy, lol.They're stones. Nice stones, at that. My only real complaint is having to wash them...sigh. I really didn't want to do that. It would be nice if they came pre-washed. It's a small issue I suppose, for such high quality stonery.
