I know any type of vitamin takes time before you can really measure results; for that reason, I decided to give these another chance. These vitamins are easy to swallow and have no taste. I am not really happy with the price but they promise to deliver more than my previous hair, nails and skin vitamins. One thing I can say is that there is no after taste.

Since taking these my face has broken out. A rash with small white bumps. The pills smelt weird also. I started off clear skin and healthy nails now my face and nails are just horrible

I’m giving 3 stars because these are very easy to swallow, a normal size and a great price!After 2 weeks of taking just 1 a day my skin is a complete mess, I’ve discontinued use.
