Placebo? Hard to tell
Just feels like water under my eyes. Don't feel any moisturizing effect. I used this for weeks and haven't noticed anything.

The media could not be loaded. Goes on smoothly and absorbs well. It does seem to help with puffiness, I'm hoping with time I notice less dark circles as well. It doesn't have any strange smells, and was a good price.

The media could not be loaded. Did nothing to reduce puffiness. This is my fault for not paying close attention to what I was ordering. Extremely disappointed.
