I couldn’t be more thrilled in saying that not only this vacuum works very well, but I know first hand if you have experienced a problem, you have a great customer service team behind you. I had a situation where battery compartment filled with water and destroyed the battery. I sent photos to KRAFTEK and they immediately replaced the entire unit. This happened on an older model with the new model, that doesn’t happen. Feel confident in purchasing one of these machines because not only does it work fabulously But the support they provide if a problem arises, I think is phenomenal.

I have used this vacuum weekly since Sept 2024. Works beautifully. Had a little problem, contacted KRAFTEK and their Customer Service was amazing! Sent me a replacement right away and apologized for any inconvenience. Doesn't get any better than that. great product and great company!

Bought this unit in August 2024. Charged it 6-8 times, basically using it once a month to address small areas of the spa. The past few months, battery hasn't charged fully and/or very short on battery life. As of last week, the unit stopped charging. Avoid this brand and seller.

Like you, I usually read reviews and do my research prior to making a purchase on Amazon. For this product, I decided to take a “risk” and try it out given the limited number of reviews. There was a similar product that was a #1 best seller with fantastic reviews but was 30W versus 40W, equating to slightly less suction power. I appreciated the fact that this model advertised the ability to pick up underwater gravel (indicating strong underwater suction power). so I went for it. As a result, I am very happy with this purchase! It comes with two different vacuum mesh bags (one for larger heavier objects like stones and one that can pick up fine sediment and sand). The lightweight mesh bag for stones comes pre-installed. My pool has mostly sand and pine tree debris so I immediately switched out the filter bag to the sand one. I am VERY impressed with the power and run time of this vacuum! My pool looked clean, with only a few small specks here and there. However, when I emptied the bag for the first time (washable with a hose), it was filled with sand, bugs, and all sorts of muddy disgusting debris. The vacuum never “timed out” or lost power after a solid 30 minutes of vacuuming. The attachment rolling brush for the bottom is awesome. I like the fact that it seems to brush the bottom removing stuck on filth. The attachable extended pole is very helpful and is a universal size, so it attaches to my blue mesh skimmer. The vacuum also comes with an attachable handle and I have actually went swimming with this unit, getting up close and personal with its suction power. It’s awesome!I have found that you must keep the unit running and quickly place your hand over the intake before turning off to prevent reflux of debris from the intake. It has a back flow preventer, but still some small amount gets by if you turn it off in the water and proceed to pull it out.Overall, this is a pool cleaning game changer. Highly recommend!

7/23/2024 update!Well, I used this one time and it stopped working. Pulled it out the other day to do some touch ups and no go. Thought maybe it didn’t charge well. So back on the charger it went. It turns on for about 2 seconds and shuts off. Back to Amazon it goes!Original review below:I have a pool robot to do the heavy lifting. But the robot does not get in my spa nor on my stairs/bathing deck. So that means brushing and/or getting out the long hose to plug into skimmer etc. I dread that! This changed my life and pool maintenance. Super easy to put together. Charges quickly. And it sucks up perfectly!!! Even fine debris. The pole is not long enough to get some areas of my pool when I need a quick touch up for last minute company—BUT fear not!!! You can use a standard telescopic pole with this gem. I have a large pool with a deep end and it gets every single area if needed. Easy to clean. Easy to store. Just buy it!

This has been a game changer, and I should've bought a pool vac sooner. I charged the vacuum as indicated and it was good to go. Assembly was very easy...and so far so good. I haven't had to use it for an extended period of time so I can't comment if it will last the actual runtime indicated (60 minutes). I've used this pool vac twice and I've had no issues. Cleaning the filter is easy.Our pool is next to a California Pepper Tree, which drops leaves into the pool all day, every day. This vacuum makes it easy to clean up the pool, and in particular the spa, where there is no skimmer. Speaking of skimmer - this vacuum allows me to suck up the leaves where the skimmer doesn't reach. Suction on this device is pretty good, and it was hard to pass up the price (bought it for $99.99). Seems to me that most of the vacuums I saw on here are all basically the same, so for me it really came down to the price on why I chose this model (as well as reading the reviews).My only some what negative comment (more of an observation) is I would've like to see the handle/brush head be able to pivot a bit more and not just back and forth (if this makes any sense).
