"ABSOLUTELY" Worth Every Penny!
As a singer, I'd used the Shure SM58's for years, then a Sennheiser e935. I'd been checking out the online reviews regarding this Shure Nexadyne 8/c & 8/s mics.I decided to give these a try, though three time the cost of the 58's, but after using both the Nexadyne 8 c & s mics, I'm no longer using the others.I do not normally write reviews, but this deserved it!Both of these Nexadyne's have a very noticeable sound clarity. Vocals are crisp and clear. Feedback is extremely limited, so you really have to be "trying" to get any, they are also a well made, strong quality microphone.I bought the 8/c first, then the 8/s. Both are excellent and"Definitely" worth the price!!!

One of the best mics I’ve used.
I’m a solo acoustic musician as well as the front man in a country band. Much like lead players are always searching for tone, I’m always searching for a mic that will give me near studio quality vocals when playing live. I have many mics both dynamic and condenser in my live mic locker. This one beats them all! In a shootout with my beta 87a which is a condenser and my previous favorite for my voice, the Nexadyne won by a long shot. Great mic for the money. Punches above its class. Also well made and sturdy. Comes in nice case.

No switch
Nice mic but does not have an on/off switch. Sound quality is good.

Crystal clear very smooth sound!
The first thing I noticed when using this mic is that the gain setting needed on my mixer was much lower than what I get from my SM57 and SM58 mics. The Nexadyne is simply more sensitive - this is a good thing. The overall tone is excellent, with good transient response and very, very smooth sound. I’ve found it to be an excellent mic both for singing and speech! The cardoid pattern allows for rather high volume with minimal feedback. This mic is an excellent mid-range microphone, a fine upgrade from my industry standard mics. It arrived with a cable, mic stand clip and a standard Shure carry bag. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

HOT MIC
This mic is super hot. I'm sure it would be good for softer singers. I have a huge voice and it's been clipping like crazy live and studio with various monitor configurations.

Sing With Ease
This microphone is the best I have ever used! No more eating the microphone! No more having to yell out a song! Sing with ease and voice sounds perfect with clarity and not muffled!

Exceeded Expectations
Okay, it's for real. I was skeptical it would beat out my Beta 58A, and it smoked it. The clarity is unreal. The mic has a noticeable volume bump compared to the Beta58A, and it should be better with more clarity because it's over $100 more. The Beta58A does sound different compared to the Nexadyne, but I attribute that to Revonic dual transducers and overall design. I prefer the Nexadyne overall. I got no feedback all night and was noticeably louder, clearer, and more present than the other vocalist.
