The media could not be loaded. It's a superb steam iron with the affordable price tag to make things better. I've used other brand steam irons in the past and I certainly found this one way better.The steam output is fantastic, it's great for trousers where the tanle iron leaves a pocket mark on the fabric; and for casuals which are oddly shaped or have prints sensitive to temperature; or for a quick final touch to previously ironed clothes by your laundry guy / lady. The steam output is maintained even when the hose is bent, which was a problem in other brands I have used; and that gives this one a major thumbs up!There's only one thing I didn't love about the product, which is the water drain. It's located at an odd place below the base and difficult to access without dismantling the top, which makes it a tedious activity and I end up not draining it for weeks, which would be encouraging scale buildup in the tank, probably harmful to the machinery in the long run. The drain should have been placed at the front / behind the product like it is in modern day washing machines. Taking 1 star off for this, however it certainly does not make it a bad buy, it's simply a minor inconvenience.Must have product in every home!

Minus mai rating de rahe hain, highly regret ki ye product khareeda. Inalsa company ki service worst hai..ye product 3 maheene mai hi kharaab ho gaya aur guarantee period mai hone ki wajah se service maamgi to aajtak(24.04.24) ro rahe hain. Total harassment hai customer ke liye ki uosko tang kiya ja raha hai, avoid kiya ja raha hai. Customer care center worst response, service sector of the company is more worsd. They are only delaying. Never buy this product❌. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE . Or I can say never buy any product of this Inalsa brand.

Very easy to use and works well

I’ve been using the Inalsa Steam Master for a few months now and I’m really impressed. At this price point, it offers features you'd expect in higher-end models. The steam output is strong and consistent, making it easy to remove wrinkles from shirts, sarees, and even thicker fabrics like curtains.It heats up quickly, and the adjustable steam settings are a big plus. The water tank is reasonably sized for multiple clothes in one go, and the build quality feels solid for daily use. It's lightweight, easy to move, and doesn’t take up much space.Overall, if you're looking for an affordable and efficient garment steamer, this one is a smart buy. Highly recommended!

This doesn’t compare to the ones from Philips. I’d recommend avoiding these lesser-known brands and spending a bit more to get a Philips. Even the portable model from Philips is miles better. The plastic quality and overall feel here are substandard, though I can see they’ve put in a good effort.

The product has a sturdy build , assembly instructions could be mentioned with pictures to make it easier to assemble . The power socket is designed for a 15amps plug please not that prior to purchase, once assembled it is really very efficient and easy to use , takes a few minutes to get a hold of steaming . Overall very nice product and functionality. It has very pleasing design and colour. Value for money .
