Good buy, looks nice in the room, has scheduled turn off and on feature that I like. Takes very less time to cool the room.Installation was done well.

AC pretty good in cooling, good for price, copper pipe included with insulation but what’s lacking is company service person doesn’t install some third person vendor will do it who has less knowledge about this brand, convertible doesn’t work as this model or lloyd misused that word just fan speed is adjustable and not compressor load, in off position still led glows even when display off is used, silent is separate button on remote to keep fan at lowest speed it should have included in fan speed adjustment itself. Compressor fan blade is fiber. Will review again after few months again.

Buy on your own risk:I ordered this product which was delivered on 8th May. On 11th may installation was scheduled by Amazon. I waited for whole day(11/05/25, Sunday) but installation technician did not visit. So I cancel the installation service and call the brand for installation.On 12th may brand technician visited for installation. During installation they found that outdoor unit PCB is damaged.So I complain to Amazon regarding this. I registered a inspection request by brand.Brand not responding or visiting. As I contacted to the technician ,they said Brand person will visit only for repair during warranty period.If they come they start repairing the product which is not installed yet.I am suffering with a defective AC in this summer after making full payment.So summary is this if you get the defetive products then no one will help you for replacement. You have to start repairing from day 1.So buy on your own risk.Or buy it offline. It may 1 or 2 thousand costlier but dealer will help you if product is defective.

Best cooling in class with low electricity consumption. Comfortable in use and service quality is very excellent. Looks wise its very smooth and also remote is user friendly.

After 2 month, review best AC in market design, price, cooling, and size point of view, recommended for budget AC

The product is good and cooling well but build quality may be much better... Overall good product for summer....

I bought this product from amazon its excellent product low energy consumption and provide great environment, another point is Lloyd’s service. Every platform or brand can sale their products but providing a great service is crucial thing.But their is one problem that havells take extra charges for wall mount stand if customer purcahse stand, 300 charged just to make 4-6 drill, so what are you providing in 1200+ gst only mounting internal unit?
