Best all around plate
I’ve been using this style of plate for a full year. Qidi uses this style build sheet on their current gen3 printers. I got one off Amazon in spring 2023 and loved the build sheet. I went and bought more sheets for my prusas. “Black textured pei pro” is the generic description for this sheet.Fulament seems to have the USA market with this textured pei pro sheet. The “HF” logo was originally shown on the Fulament Amazon product page. The updated picture omits the maker logo. The two sheets I bought match the current Amazon picture.I’ll start with the cons, which shouldn’t be a problem.* some of black texture will IMMEDIATELY come off.* If you print a lighter color on a brand new build sheet, you will see some of the build sheet on the printed item.* you can see what area has been printed on, based on how much the black coating has been torn off.* I’d say brand new, this sticks too well.* petg will remove more black color than pla or abs.* cutouts for alignment pins is tight. I’d have liked it if the notches are full width instead of little V shaped cuts. The attached picture is from a week old build sheet. You can see how it’s darker on the leftmost and rightmost inch where I haven’t printed yet.Onto the neutrals:* no noticeable change in performance despite the black color being removed. The build sheet will get a bit lighter in color.General points:* strongest magnetic sheet I have. This GRIPS the build plate with force. I print a lot of items with magnets. Strong magnetism is a plus for me. Also less concern for the build sheet slipping.* no gluestick needed.* incredible performance for pla.* This is my favorite sheet for pla and abs.* works amazing for abs. No glue, no warp.* you can use this for petg, but that will rip the black off faster than pla.* Im going to avoid using petg on this, and restrict petg to my older off brand sheet. I’ll update if continued petg usage has any negative effects on my older one.I bought one for my mk4 to see if it was better than my Ali off brand “HF” sheet. This seems to be better. I will say that Qidi brand “HF” sheets have the thickest black coating. Fulament is in the middle. I immediately bought a 2nd sheet for my other printer. The prusa satin sheet had been my favorite sheet for my mk3. I noticed weaker performance in the colder winter months. This sheet has replaced the prusa satin as my favorite all around sheet. With my off brand black textured pei sheets, i would use the smooth prusa pei sheet on occasion. So far, I don’t see any need for that with the Fulament sheet. The grip is strong and I have pry the prints off.

100 prints and still looks like new
I did spend some time getting new bed temperatures dialed in on my Creality CR-10. The bed on that printer is so warped that I use a piece of glass with my print surface on top of that. I didn't use the magnetic base since I wanted to be able to move this around without detaching the glue for the base. So I just use binder clips to hold it down the whole magnetic base and the surface itself. I'm printing PLA with a surface temperature of 140F. I used an infrared thermometer to check the surface temperature since I needed to use 70C (158F) set point on the bed temperature to get the surface temperature to that level. I think this surface is a little pickier about how the Z-height is set. You may have to play around a little bit on Z 0 to make sure it's not too low or too high. The thing works like a champ. Parts stick while printing and just pop off when bending the plate. Just how you want it. It was worth the premium price because of how durable it looks like it's going to be for me.

Great Product!
I have an AnkerMake M5 - and I wanted a flat-sided 3d print plate like what comes with the M5 so I could see how that affects print quality, bottom texture etc, and I wanted it to work with the magnetic bed plate that comes with the m5.Unfortunately I'm new to the 3d printer space and ordered the "print area" size for the plate, instead of measuring the entire plate (235 vs 250), so I'll have to revisit these at a later date as I had to return mine without ever getting a chance to use it.That being said... I did open the box before realizing I ordered the incorrect size and the quality is outstanding. It includes a magnetic "base" that's very similar to the one included on the Ankermake M5's heating bed as it is... this is pretty neat to know because a lot of people might JUST want that feature without wanting an M5 -- and I think this product is likely the answer to that. You just take the magnetic bottom part (it has a sticky-tape side) and press it to the heat bed, then slap the PEI magnetic plate on top and you're good to go!I've forgotten to put a new plate down a few times now, so my printer's heating bed is getting a bit dirty / scuffed up etc. I think this might be a quick-fix solution to that if others are having the issue. It might be worth ordering just to put over top the base M5 heat bed so when it fails, you're original heat-bed surface is still clean and pristine, where an option might be to just replace it with new bases from this product every so often.Anyhow, know that's not much of a review, Just something I thought some other AnkerMake M5 users might find useful!
