Worked great first two times of use now it’s not working no steam coming from the nozzle it’s leaking hot water from handle

Just be prepared with a towel when using
I really wanted to like this but the only thing that lets it down is the length of the cord is quite short so will have to purchase an extension lead. I have found it randomly spits out a stream of water which can make a big mess and when using I have to mop the floor as it makes it very wet however this could be down to user error. Did do a good job however at shifting dirt out of tricky areas and able to just wipe over areas which would have taken more effort to clean. A good machine if you don’t want to invest in a very expensive one.

Fantastic product
