Great Unit & Outstanding Customer Service!
I bought this as backup power for my Resmed 10 Airsense CPAP. Initial charge-up and first use was fine, but the wall charger would not work after the first time. Other reviews also mentioned this issue, so I contacted the supplier. I received a reply that afternoon and the next day received confirmation that a new charger had been sent. The unit works great and customer service is top notch! Would definitely recommend and would definitely do business with them again!

Great for recharging drones and camping.
I wanted to buy my first 1000 watts power station. I fly drones and I didn't want to pay the high cost for a DJI 1000 watt PS. We went out camping and I took my drones and power stations with me. I hooked up lights, a small electric tent heater, my laptop, charged my phone and recharged my drones. By the third day I still had over 60% charged left. I plugged in my DOKIO 300w 18v Portable Foldable Solar Panel ( I used a XT60 to Anderson connector cable to get my solar panel to work with my power station) to fully recharge my power station in a few hours. I am very happy with my purchase.

Amended Review - Pleasantly surprised
Original review: I purchased this a few months ago. Charged then used it once as a test. It worked good. I then let it set a few months. Now tried it again. It says 100% on the screen for about 1 second then shuts off and nothing else works. Tried contacting company, no use. Just get auto messages. I am disabled on limited income and needed this as a safety power backup. This power station is a Defective product and apparently from a defective company. SCAM ALERT!!!!!!! If company is willing to make this right I will amend this review. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.Edit: I may have been a little hasty in my review above. :{ I have received a response about power station from the company. They worked with me to help resolve the problem with the machine. After following their instructions, it was determined the power station needed replaced. The new power station had arrived and so far is working according to advertised. The company gets a 5 star for their customer service and handling of this problem. The product gets a 4 star until I have proven there isn't a repeat problem. Every company with have failures at some point. Even the space shuttles fail. It is important a company handles the failure with their customers and prevent further issues that count. Happy customers means good publicity and repeat business. Thank you Innovative for handling this issue. If the machine is found to pass all my testing past the time when the last machine failed I will amend the review to 5 stars. Regards, Tater

Great item
First and foremost, its portability is a huge plus. It's lightweight and easy to carry, making it an ideal companion for outdoor adventures, camping trips, or even as a backup power source for emergencies. The fact that it's solar-compatible is a fantastic feature, allowing me to harness clean energy from the sun and stay off the grid when needed. The 300W power capacity is more than sufficient for charging multiple devices simultaneously, running small appliances, or even powering essential electronics during power outages. The two AC outlets are incredibly convenient, ensuring that I can connect a variety of devices without needing extra adapters. What truly stands out with this power station is the use of LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) battery technology. It not only provides a reliable and stable power source but also offers excellent longevity, making this investment a durable and long-lasting one.The LED display and user-friendly interface make it easy to monitor the battery level and control the various output ports. It's simple to use, even for those who may not be tech-savvy.The Portable Power Station 300W Solar Generator with LiFePO4 technology has become an essential part of my outdoor adventures and emergency preparedness kit. Its portability, ample power capacity, and compatibility with solar panels make it a versatile and reliable choice. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a portable power solution that delivers on both performance and convenience.

WOULD NOT CHARGE USING SPECIFIED SOLAR PANEL
What is the point of a back-up battery/power bank during a long power outage, camping, etc. If it won't take a charge using the specified 100W 18V solar panel? I mean it even says "Solar Generator" in the name, right? First I plugged it in using the included 110V house electric charger and it shows that it is charging, and how much time it will take for a full charge. Charge percent went up 4% in 15 minutes. Great.I then tried charging with the called for/specified 100W 18V solar panels. They even sell 100W 18V panels as a bundle. I tried it three times and nothing, no charging at all. Tried and successfully charged my other power bank, plugged this unit in again and nothing. Tried my phone and it charged without a problem, plugged this brick in again and nothing. All it did was show how much charge was already in the unit, which after a half hour didn't change. So back it goes. When the electric is out and you're using a power bank to keep lights and communication going, the last thing you need is a defective power bank that won't take a charge!!Edit: I contacted the seller and they said my new 100W 18V solar panels didn't have a high enough voltage. Funny though, they are exactly the same system and specs as the 100W 18V ones they sell to use with this unit??? This power bank will get returned and I'll buy another, name brand unit instead. I need reliable power and a unit that charges reliably.
