Came 3 days earlier than stated. All pieces in box, split into labelled groups, with spare parts too. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Feels very sturdy and looks very nice. Insanely impressive accuracy on the digital readout! I was curious so I checked with a tape measure and it’s accurate to less than 0.1cm. Great purchase at a great price.

The media could not be loaded. Great desk for the price. Works perfectly fine. A bit noisy and slow. But I guess for the price it’s worth it. Had some issues but customer support was really helpful and sorted it out.Comes with two memory settings which is good. A little wobbly once it’s at full height.Assembly was easy but just need to follow the steps in order. It might help to have our own tools as the tools provided with the package might not be fully usefully. It can be used to set it up. But having better tools would be really easier.

Seller Flexispot answered my queries efficiently before and after my desk purchase. Delivery was next working day by DHL for me with an estimated hourly slot. It came in one convenient, not large, 25kg box because the wooden top is in 2 pieces for this size. I was a little apprehensive to buy a 2 piece desk reading other customers reviews of other manufacturers' desks. However, this desk has screws/plates which not only clamp at the edges, but also screws which attach the frame along the way. So it should not bough or break.Is quite heavy to assemble so 2 people are recommended so you do not warp the frame as you build. Use a flat surface when attaching the two pieces together and the desk to avoid misalignment.The controls are are up down reset presets for sit and stand. No height measurement display as in their more premium desks.Excellent product from and excellent seller.

Quality appears to vary massively depending on desk size. What arrived, and was hard to see on the exact corresponding image was a poor quality version of the other sizes advertised. Seller then requires buyer to pay for return postage, despite Amazon’s T&Cs. Avoid, and purchase desk from other retailer.

Spent many hours looking into various brands and models, plus taking measurements, to ensure I got the perfect desk for my livingroom space. Saw good reviews on Amazon, but it seems I received a defective product. Spent 1.5 hours tinkering hopelessly with step one only to find the holes drilled into the frame were crooked. Although returns are an option, there is no way I can carry this massive desk down stairs and to the post office half a mile away. Totally unpleasant and cruel there is no collection option for returns. WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
