Really easy to use and charge. Bought it for my girlfriends kid (8 years old) and he has no problem changing it and using it to keep his older iPhone changed. Built-in iPhone and USB-C (Android etc) cables are convenient. Large enough to change a phone a couple times and seems fairly durable.

Like the option of the foldaway wall plug. At 15000 mAh, it is heavier than the 5000mAh, of course. It is twice as thick as my metecsmart power bank and 1.3 inch longer. My lighter powerbank wore out at the attached cord. Really like the built in cords (only Apple and USB-C). So far, this one doesn’t seem to heat up like my previous one did. Also seems to charge and charge up pretty quickly. Like the display of amount of charge available.

I love this charger. It is so convenient. Although I am a little concerned about the cords in how they are positioned while charging my phone. I must be extra careful that it doesn't get twisted. I can see over time the cord may become weak. Yet overall I am very satisfied. I bought one for my son when I went to visit him in Houston Tx. He needed it because he is on the road alot and is convenient for him.

This product works just fine but there is one design flaw. It is difficult to lift the 110V plug to be able to recharge it.
