Excellent phone for the price. Put in the card and turn it on, instant 5G on the T-mobile network. Call clarity is very good, easy to transfer over everything from the old Samsung, fast speed, great screen quality.The seller (Cell Universe) did send the new phone with instructions and it was packaged well. The listing included a charger, which is why my daughter picked this over other ones. There wasn't one in the package and customer service was contacted. They denied it was listed as sick and despite sending them a screen shot, they still denied it and refused to send the block that we paid for (Jack F. was the rep, if you ever have to contact them)Oh well, just another transaction that makes me steer away from 3rd parties on Amazon. Great job Cell Universe, you made a kid cry.

So far so good. Just activated the phone with my phone company had no problems. But what I will say that I found odd and maybe it's just me but all the apps needed to be updated prior to usage but other than that everything was great.

Samsung has been hiding these so called "budget", phones. This phone is literally head to head with my s23 ultra for under half the full price at release. What a gem of a device. I could've chosen the new A36 bur I love the way that this A35 is set up. Great deal.

I really need to replace my phone. Very disappointing that the description did not state what was on the card when the phone was received. That same description should be listed here. (This is not compatible Spectrum mobile, US cellular, Xfinity Mobile or Cricket Wireless.) I selected the unlocked carrier option, and it stated it was GSM unlocked. Didn't open the actual phone box. Sent it back. I thought the price was great. Now I am back trying to find an unlocked carrier GSM phone.

I love Samsung products and this item doesn't disappoint. The only caveat is you cannot voice control thru the remote bc there is no microphone key, but other than that, I love it! Recommend highly!
