Excellent phone for people with hearing and dexterity challenges
Like the clear instructions for set up. Large screen with easy to use keypad and all the features you require of a mobile phone when you don't need the Internet. Louder the average volume great for people who are hearing impaired with integration to hearing aids.Didn't like the small print instruction leaflet which could be challenging for target user. SIM card very fiddly to insert. However overall highly recommend this as a basic no nonsense mobile

Good for hard of hearing
Nice clear LOUD telephone mum can actually hold a conversation , buttons are spread further apart which is good for older hands, battery life seems average not used any other functions she just needed to make callsSet up & navigation a real faff so many key strokes needed to navigate everythingRing tone cannot be altered no matter what ring tone I set it to it plays the same one annoying but not a real problem think the phone might be faulty in this regard

Easy to use
Mum in law is very elderly and has found her way around this phone very well. She wears hearing aids but seems to be ok with her hearing on this model - she had a clam shell model before which she couldn’t hear. The buttons are a good size for those who have some difficulty using their hands - she has arthritis in both hands. It’s easy to charge too as it can sit in a cradle, which she finds easy. It can also be charged with a lead.

Obsolete phone
I bought the phone but didnt use it immediately. When i started using it I noticed it was faulty. Kept on shutting off at random. The you cannot restart it with read button unless you remove then puo the battery back or put it on a charging dock. Thats why am writing this review. I feel very dissapointed about this situation. Because it turned itself off without my knowledge.

Good basic phone
Updating from the Doro 1370 (2G) to 1880 4G. Calls are definitely clearer, and go louder I think, but apart from that it’s pretty much the same phone. Ability to update software over air without internet (check you have enough call credit though) is new. Came with cradle and UK compatible wall/power plug for charging, which I’m happy about. Looks nice in red. Vodafone supplied a new micro SIM for 4G and the swap-over (apart from fiddly SIM insertion) was fuss free. Definitely recommended if you’re after a basic, easy to use phone and not fussed about internet connection.

Mobile suitable for seniors and possibly also for children to keep them away from smartphones.
This brand is very easy for seniors to use. Mine still needs a sim card.
