😭😭😭😭😭😭 At first I was so relieved not having to lift up the bottle, because of my back, I threw the box away and was content all for the first half of the month, and then it started to act up, I had problems with the light, it wouldn't go off after changing it, and then it started to leak,something happen to the pump. I adjusted it thinking it's me. It stopped but started up again. The light stood on after changing it. So I returned it after giving it a few chances. There's a water vendor where I buy my water, who used to sell bottom loaders from all sorts of vendors, every single one of them. Except for a few all came back, the few he's not sure what happened to those, but the ones that did came back was because of the pump problem. He warned me not to buy a bottom loader because of the pump issue. But I did anyway, and now I regret it. It's a Russian roulette. Some are good and some are bad, I guess most bad, not sure. And I'm not gonna ever buy it again until they improve the pump the pump issue. Back in the day when they used to sell a portable one, where you would attach it to the bottle, and you hanck it up and down, or you pump it up and down, and the water comes out, those pumps didn't last long. I'm wondering if they copied this design and put it to a machine, and add to a water cooler that way, not sure, but they should improve this design so the pump doesn't break down. For me...this product it's the same as back in the day, sorry to say, but that's how it is for me

bottom of 5 gallon door had a couple of dents in it upon arrival. almost seems like it was used and returned. other than that everything else looks good.

I purchased this product for my parents who are older and have shoulder issues. They have been easily able to load and unload the water cooler along with easily managing set up cleaning everything exponentially better than the top loaders. Also my mom likes the fact you can set small item on top of it.

I bought this back in May of 2017 and it has been working great ever since I love it has saved me money from having to buy bottled water and I've had no problems so far works great! After 6 years it started leaking!!

I love the fact that I do not have to lift heavy bottles. I really like the light on it, and that it is really a great looking machine. Slender and does not take up a lot of space.

We purchased this b/c our refrigerator water was too slow! This is perfect. Powerful stream & refreshingly cold water. The refrigeration part is a little noisy, but not a deal breaker. Wipes down ease. Very easy, convenient to change water bottle, my 8 year-old can do it!
