The media could not be loaded. PLEASE DON'T BUY!!!!!!!!I bought printer November 2023. There is a learning curve but after 2 weeks u should have it 100% prepared to print. My printer worked 6 months. It died 5 months. I had no sleep at all writing the company 5 days a week. I lost over 1200 in sales. No mothers day no fathers day no Juneteenth sales last summer..They are in China 13hours ahead of us. P-ZENG guided me to FIXed MY PRINTER after 5.5 months. Jack, Daisy and Mr Allen are available to help8pm-8am CST WHEN most of us are sleep in the usa.I had to replace 11 parts in 6 months. I spent about $620 total. But they did send me a free mother board and 6 bottles of free ink and free powder. Ive also been stuck with 1300 worth of unsold summer apparel that i pray to sell summer 2025.The printer is high maintenance. U have to print 2 nozzle checks and do 2 head cleanings daily or the printer will die.I did that 6 months and mine still died the roller just stopped one day. Ive takin one 3 day vacation and my printer survived.I assume that my printer was originally a refurbished machine. Th3 machine prints great work but it's like having a kid. Unfortunately it's a single sheet printer and not wireless so it has to be plugged into laptop to run and the USB has to be connected to run.each standard 10by10 or 10by14 print takes 15-45min to print and weekly maintenance is required which meansA order of 10 items from a customer can take up to 10 hours start to finish. The overall look of printer is picture perfect. If u don't have another job, This printer is perfect but if u have another job, U may want a faster machine. Customer service is 5 stars but printer 2.5 stars The white ink cakes up at bottom like toothpaste so I have scrape out with wooden spatula pour it out in a empty plastic bottle and i use boiling water to rinse container then alcohol to sanitize to clean it every 2 weeks. The ink pump has to be cleaned weekly and the print head. For $2500 the printer should clean itself but._That's just my opinion. The oven works great. I've had the combination set for 16 months now. Recently my red stopped printing and they told me 3 days ago I need a ink cartridge. That's another 100I print 2 items daily whether I've had orders or not. Ive lost the 7 regular weekly customer's I had because it's embarrassing to take someone order and then tell them 24hrs later my printer is down or has stopped. Yes it was only $2700 with printer and oven but it took me 2 years Literally to make $2700 on a business thar should have doubled my income

By far one of the best investments someone could make! Personally I got off to a rocky start with this due to loose wiring underneath the DTF oven but customer service worked with me remotely to resolve the issue in a very professional and patient manner. This model in particular is also very handy in the regard to white ink mixing as most models seem to have difficulty especially with clogging this but this particular one keeps them regulating smoothly through the tubes and are easily visible compared to other ones. Highly recommended!!
