JOVS Sodium Hypochlorite 2 X 5L - High Strength (14-15%) Brick, Driveway & Patio Cleaner - Stain Removal | Bleaching Agent | Odour Removal

Applied small amounts neat to patio covered in black lichen spots using plastic brush. Took about 15-30mins to work. Risen well, keep pets away. This liquid hugely improved our patio - colours returned to slabs, 90% of black spots removed or greatly faded. I should have done this years ago. This is a strong, highly alkaline chemical - be very careful - risk of getting a few wiffs of chlorine gas if it comes into contact with anything vaguely acidic. Use shortly after purchase - it loses efficacy after a couple of months.

Removed some stubborn black spots from the patio & improved the look of the stone. Most successful intervention so far.

Amazing stuff. Bought to clean the black spots off the patio. Cleaned patio first. Quick spay of this and then rinsed. It has killed off a few of the plants from the edge, which isn’t surprising. I’ll be a little more liberal with it next time.
