I always have the energy ones and my friend has them now. They work. Not long after it has dissolved boom wide awake club. Also, you can have the B12 in the morning and then mid morning take the energy. Sometimes i just dive straight in for the energy as i am up at 05.00 hrs in the working week. taste okay as well

Great idea but not keen on the taste.
Although these are a great idea, the strong flavour of the B12 ones isn’t very nice and you then can’t get rid of the taste!

Easy to consume
A good alternative to those who struggles to swallow tablets like myself. Easy to consume as the strips simply melts onto your tongue. It comes in a pack of 2 metal boxes and they are individually wrapped. The recommended dose is 1 per day and ideal to boost energy levels and your immune system. Fruit flavoured but they have a strange after taste so make sure to wash it down with water.

Super Dry!!
A box of curcumin vitamins is in poor condition! It's dry, and sometimes, as soon as you open the package, it breaks into chunks! This is an example, but it's not one of the worst ones I've seen when opening it!

Taste is utterly fine!
No idea why people complain of the taste, I expected the worst and was ready to accept it re health benefits - they are nice?! No idea what the drama is. Feel better since taking them the past week !

Does the job
Really like these vitamins, easy to take as they dissolve in your mouth and handy tin to carry around. Seem to help with sleep and B12 keeps me focused
