Excellent flavor and texture for bread!
I had never tried Teff before-- I used the dark brown one and it made an awesome tasting GF bread! I used psyllium husk as the binder and baking soda, baking powder and salt and water and a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar for a little acidity. It was so yummy and the texture was great!

Loved this flour, has a mild nutty flavor and is very fine and powdery, worked well to make gluten free pancakes for my kid. Good value when compared to other brands and sizes as well, would purchase again!
