Years ago, I was told about the importance of adding B-complex to my daily routine. At first, I didn’t listen to the advice, but then I tried it consistently for a week. I noticed the benefits immediately. My biggest struggle though was to find a quality B-complex that worked and was affordable. This B-complex checks off all the good boxes of what I was looking for. It’s small enough to swallow. It only has that slight vitamin smell, and I have noticed no ill affect from taking it. In the past some B-complex that I took would cause me to burp up that vitamin Smell and taste. I have not experienced that with this brand. I am pleased with it and have added it to my subscriptions that come automatically.

As someone who cannot eat red meat for health reasons, I find it hard to get all my B vitamins naturally. I've tried A LOT of B complex from A LOT of brands. These are a nice size capsule that is easy to swallow and does not leave an after taste. They work very well for keeping my energy levels up which is the most important part, right?

These capsules are smaller than most. There is just a hint of a B vitamins smell. Quality seems good, no side effects. Energy levels up by taking the methylated version of B vitamins.

My urine is neon yellow (no exaggeration) hours after taking this and it was clear before taking it because I had lots of morning water..???? I literally just decided to staple this vitamin because it’s the Methylcobalamin form/source and all the other vitamins in it and their form/sources check out and are needed. It’s to where I don’t even have to buy multiple different single vitamins and was able to throw some poorly sourced “singular” ones away since this had it AND had it properly sourced like an absorbing acid vitamin c pill and a cheap Niacinamide pill . What the heck is with the (literally) neon yellow pee?? That’s the only issue. I don’t plan on stopping cuz like I said this is a perfect concoction, sources, and price but like dang??? I’m going to google it and see what I can do I guess… maybe I’ll sprinkle half the powder into my smoothies or something idk. But thanks cuz this is excellent overall and it’s hard to find excellence with supplements sometimes I think they’re trying to kill us and you guys are doing amazing with actually helping people lol .

These are great vitamins and that quality and ingredients are some of the best. I take one every day and I see a difference.

I have the strongest sense of smell which makes me quite particular and yet I detect a hint of the choline which smells like sulfur but it's not off putting whatsoever and I'm shocked so many people are freaking out about it.Dah !! Pick your poison if you want choline added to your B complex which is the first time I've ever seen any company do it Choline is excellent for your brain health.I have the MTHFR mutation and Iknew I had it 6 years before ever had the genetic test I just knew so I've been taking methylated B complex for years and this is the most excited I've ever been about anew B complex supplement!!It has Vit E, inositol, choline, in addition to the regular B complex ingredients plus it has higher amounts of most such as biotin, etc.Additionally, it's the RIBOFLAVIN that turns your pee yellow & I'm ok with yellow pee as RIBOFLAVIN great for Migraine Prevention which is common to those with MTHFR.❤️

I think the product is great and has worked well for me, however in the past 3 months the price has literally doubled in price, which really bothers me a lot. I have promoted this product to numerous friends and they have gained a few new customers from me. I even had added this product as a monthly subscription but because of them inflating the price the way they have, I am no longer going to keep purchasing it. There are just as good of methylated B complex products out there to purchase that don't cost as much.
