Great for measuring portions
I had a gastric bypass and these bowls help me stay within my tummy limits. I tried using measuring cups and then moving over to a plate, but it would make my brain think I wasn't eating enough. Mind over matter right. In any case, this is a measuring cup and plate all in one. I take them with me on my travels, so I don't overdue it and stay happy and healthy. Highly recommend

Very sturdy & accurate
I use this, in my efforts of controlling my food portions to lose weight. As with any item that's used for weight loss...it only works when YOU do.This would make a great gift for someone who is working on losing weight, maintaining weight loss, or those who had bariatric surgery. This would be a good way to be an encouragement to those who are striving to get to a healthier weight.The measurements are clearly marked inside the bowl & go through the top rack of the dishwasher really well. Not thin...a nice weight to it.

Helpful When Used
I'm absolutely certain that this would be helpful if I used it, which I have not. I bought it for my son but I'm going to start using it for myself. Perhaps I'll be able to return and give you an update once I've done so. The bowl does appear to be of good quality and I love the graphics on it as it's clear and precise.

Perfect Bowl
I got this to help me stay on track with my serving sizes and surgery and i like it a lot. I know you can just measure regularly and put it in a regular bowl but this was just so convenient and easy.

Perfect for size and portion control. I weigh most things still but when I'm in a situation of not being able to, this is absolutely perfect for measuring the right amount and keeping myself accountable.
