I took this product for the first time about two hours before my workout. The pump I got during my workout was absolutely unreal. I would highly recommend this product. I’ve been lifting for many years and this is a very effective product for sure. I will say that I take double the amount of dose that’s recommended. So instead of taking two I take four at a time before a workout and the effects are extremely noticeable.

I just received these. Taste good, price is right. It says on the package that the serving size is 4 gummies = 5G of creatine. However, in the directions, it says to take 2 gummies daily, and DO NOT exceed 2 gummies in a 24 hour period. 2.5G isn't really a lot, and so it makes me wonder if one of the other ingredients is toxic. i reached out to seller for clarification and will update when i hear back, but i might not recommend these at the moment if you value your kidneys.

This was not an effective product. I noticed absolutely no difference! I have used the product by another company and received a wonderful response, so I am aware of the difference. I purchased 2 to get a free item, and I have only used 1 after seeing completely no result.

On my second bottle, hope I get much better workouts results. Seems to make my smallish muscles fill better, I think I'm less stressed and more focused. I started this with a mushroom supplement, they seem to compliment giving me energy and focus.Taste good too.

I did the powder in water for a while and it's hard to keep up with it, especially when taking it daily. These are much easier to take and carry in my gym bag.
