The noise will drive you crazy. I had to put a fan on the fan because it will get so hot it will shut off.

Works great with my Ortur laser. Really easy to connect and use. I would definitely recommend this product.

I purchased this air assist in December 2024 and it ran fine for a while but started making a lot of noise in April took it apart and found out that one of the diaphragms in there is torn. It’s out of warranty and you can’t get parts for it so be careful for what you pay for.

After going through 3 Fox Alien air pumps for my engraver, I said enough and gave this one a chance. Not only is bigger, but pumps as twice as much air keeping my engraves flawless. I use almost every day and so far no problem. The best part is that it have his own independent electric cord, in other words, you don't need to plug it to the engraver for power supply risking damaging the mother board.I give it a 10 out of 10.

Does what I needed it for, it does keep your work clean and a clear difference using air assist.

Purchased the Laser Air Assist for my Ortur engraver on 5/22. It worked fine for about three weeks. Then the power switch failed. The unit will no longer turn off or adjust the air flow. It is a problem with the switch. I emailed [email protected]: Ortur tech support on 6/24 and they responded:"there is no way to provide you with complete after-sales service. We suggest you contact the website where you bought the machine on Amazon platform directly, they should be able to provide you with the appropriate after-sales service."Whatever that is supposed to mean.The item was no longer eligible for return after 6/22 so I will just use it as it is with no power switch or flow control. I doubt that I will get $75 worth of use out of it, but I will use it until I can get a better one.Edit 7/17/2023:I finally did receive a response from the seller on July 1 and they offered a full refund for my purchase and apologized for the inconvenience. Turned out to be great service after all and I updated my rating to 4 stars. In all fairness, I have used the air assist and except for the power switch problem which likely was a fluke with this unit, it works very well. I have used it with LightBurn and find that it is superior to other air pumps that I have used. My only complaint was that it was not easy to reach customer service for this product, but once they did contact me, they made good on the service and I will purchase this air assist unit again and recommend it to others using a similar setup as mine.

It fits my laser perfectly (ortur SF). Keeps the air flowing and helps create great works. Would recommend to anyone with an Ortur
