Garbage
I thought I’d get a less bloated stomach and feel amazing overall. NO! I got bloated & constipated and I never get that! So this is all hype as far as I’m concerned. I think they are all a waste and a fad. I would appreciate a refund!

Does not dissolve!
Terrible, does not dissolve in hot coffee, cold water, or room temperature water. I have been trying to add to my daily coffee, but it makes it so gritty I can barely get through it. Definitely pass on this one, wish I did!

Won’t dissolved in liquid.
I bought this product to save money over a more expensive one I’ve used in the past. I wish I wouldn’t have. This product does not dissolve, even when I use a milk frother, it just sticks to the sides of the glass. The more expensive product I’ve used in the past dissolved completely. I’m very disappointed with this product.
