Great product purchasing it for the third time

While the product itself may be good (I haven't been able to use it fully), one of the dispensers I received was defective. I requested a replacement on the same day of delivery, but the seller (Clicktech Retails Pvt. Ltd.) did not respond or take action.After a few days, I received an email and SMS claiming the replacement was delivered and the faulty item returned—but in reality, I never received any replacement. I still have the defective dispenser with me, which is of no use.I also contacted Amazon customer support, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up even after 2 days.Very disappointed with the post-sales service and false delivery updates. I expected better support for a faulty product.

Absolute steal given the pricing, looks sleek, dispenses soap liquid quite well.

Skadioo soap dispenser is in good material and nice quality and its in big size easy to pour the liquid in dispenser and easy to push button value for money

Quality/ Brand is not good & the name of company i.e. (SKADIOO) also not mentioned on black dispenser and the push button of black dispenser is also not working properly according to white dispenser.
