Great value! Good quality
I am very pleased with the performance of the saw. With this saw and a Little Giant ladder I was able to safely complete a job of trimming trees that local arborists wanted $8,000 to do. I bought an extra blade, but so far I haven't needed it. The blade it came with is very sharp and remains sharp after 40 hours of very heavy use. I had used only 12' and 14' pole saws previously. It takes getting accustomed to the extra length. Though the saw is very light weight when held vertically, it obviously becomes unwieldly if held out horizontally. I had to get the saw blade in place holding the saw as close to vertically as possible, and then position myself to not be under any falling limbs. When fully extended, the saw does flex considerably, but I was able to use that to my benefit by creating a rhythm with the saw strokes. pushing down slightly every time I pulled the saw toward me.

The company made things right
Originally I left a less than satisfactory review. But when the owners seen my review they wanted to make things right. I sent back the saw for a refund because I was having issues with it locking. The company was not used to bad reviews as their product works. But my saw was defective. Anyways they wanted to make things right gave me a full refund and sent me out a new saw. Wow 👌 that is amazing customer service I have never had a company care much less do anything about it. You can shop with confidence with this seller they will treat you right and I definitely recommend

Nice pole saw!
Light weight and it performs good. Somewhat flimsy the further its extended, for the money it's nice!

Awesome 24 ft Telescoping Pole with Tree Pruner
Wish I'd bought this years ago! Looked at segmented fiberglass/composite poles, as some of our work was near electric household power line, but they seemed too wiggly when fully extended. This aluminum pole gives better control and less wiggle. Just back off the full extension about 6 inches on each segment and this pole is pretty rigid. The saw is very sharp - 100 light strokes work as well as 50 strong strokes and is much safer on a 3-inch branch. It's still overhead 'exercise', so maybe pace your work over a few days if you have more than one big branch to do. Note that this pole is strong and significantly lighter than composite poles. The saw blade is remarkably durable - a branch fell on it, bending it by accident, but no problem once the weight was removed - continued working like new.

Good idea, but it needs to go back to the drawing board.
The good: The pole is made of durable, lightweight material and is sturdier than other extension poles. The bad: The blade is flimsier than other products and dulls quickly. The ugly: The locking clamps to keep each extension section in place are made of cheap plastic and will not hold the sections from sliding out while sawing.Overall, this pole was good for one use and then it became worthless. If it had a better blade and better section locks, I would give it 5 stars. Too bad.
