Yes this is an expensive shower valve but definitely worth the price.The quality and engineering is outstandingThe instructions seems a bit daunting but take your time read each bit 5 times before you cut anything and you'll have a great shower valve which I'm sure will last a long time.The buttons are great and again make the vale feel very luxurious.

Excellent, looks great and very easy to use, and cleans well with just a cloth and water. Really like that both outlets can work at same time which is one of the reasons I went for this model. Temperature controlled very well. Expensive, yes, but I think it is worth it. Recommended.

High quality but no flow control. Designed for high water pressure
The flow is binary; on or off, no control. The finish is high quality but designed for high pressure water systems.

It is ok but not quite Grohe quality
We have Grohe in our main bathroom but opted for this one based on looks. As we later learned Hansgrohe is different company than Grohe. It is alright, better than the ones it replaced from VictoriaPlumb (although old one was breaking every 12 months for last 4 years so not much of contest), but it is not as good as Grohe is. Buttons are not firmly in casing and can end up misaligned, knob sticks too much, generally doesn't quite feel as premium as Grohe and it doesn't look better (which was main reason we bought it) than Grohe. If I knew about it I would opt for Grohe, for money we paid I expected better.
