This seemed pricey for what it was even after a discount but I am now convinced that it is actually good value. It is well made and weighty which is useful because this is a powerful vacuum and certainly not a toy. We used it on our mattresses to remove dust and hopefully mites. Even though we had already vacuumed with a floor vacuum extension this unit pulled off a lot of fine powder dust which I am suspicious is actually mites. No idea if the heat or UV are effective but just the vacuum alone makes it a worthwhile addition to our household and the beds will now be done every week. If you think you need one you are probably right.

I love this handheld vacuum cleaner. It really cleans the surfaces well and it is easy to handle. I was surprised at how efficient it is. I am OCD and I love the combination of hot air, UV light and great suction. The LED light will go red if it detects some dust. The long power cable is great, although it tends to come loose sometimes.Communication with the seller was excellent. I had a minor issue with the first one that I ordered, which was swiftly resolved. Great customer service and great product.

This Jimmy come with a kettle type plug in power lead which is very easy to detach from cleaner which, can be very frustrating. What num nuts thought that was a good idea ill never know. However it seams to clean ok so that side I'm satisfied with. I would have probably gave 5 starts if it was not for the power lead.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great piece of technology. I tried to use it on my 7 y o mattress and a goose mattress topper and the amount of dust/mites came out of it is incredible. My mattress topped is relatively new, I bought it in 2023. And it was expensive I must say. But also it was the dirties one. I presume that the organic goose feathers are just a fabulous home for mites. So I think to get rid of it, and probably get something different with a different fillings instead of the goose feathers. Otherwise we are very pleased with the purchase. A tool that any household must have. Easy to use, light, and efficient.

Thought my mattress was clean. Hoover it every week.This proved otherwise and I am so impressed. Easy to use and does its job well

Best thing I've ever bought bed mattress topper and pillows were hoovered and sterlized I was amazed at the results it felt so refreshed when sleeping in it

It's a great way of transferring the dust from your bed directly into your nose and throat. I am coughing, wheezing and with a runny nose as I write this. It gets an embarrassing amount of dust from the bed - so far so good.But then you have to clean it - each of the parts in the photo get covered and it takes a good 5 to 10 minutes of scattering dust all around to clean it. It needs a thorough redesign or it's mostly useless. If you have a dust allergy, you get closer to it this way than if you left it in your bed.
