OMG I just love this shower drain. The holes are small enough to catch hair then it has a hair catcher below the cover. Anddd the cover is super easy to take off if you need to use a drain snake. It comes with a little key to pull open top. I love this drain. My old one was non removable and had to bust up grout to run a snake down it. This one is awesome.

I purchased a "name brand 4" brushed steel version of this drain at a big box hardware store that uses a lot of orange colors on its building. for a 2nd bathroom.Now I am redoing my Master shower and needed a drain. I liked the "basket" under the "name brand" square drain I used in my 2nd bath as it is an old house and clogged drains can be a problem as it is an older house.This 6" black drain has this same basket and appears to be EXACTLY the same in quality in every way to the "name brand" 4" one I purchased at the "orange" big box supply store. When I say "the same" I mean the welds, the steel used and quality is EXACTLY the same in both drains! (I have purchased plumbing items on Amazon that were "cheaper" than in the "orange store" I spoke about and while they appeared to be made of "quality" materials and overall, I would say they were very "nice", there WERE "differences" between the "name brand" and the item I received that were NOT as good!This drain I would bet is off of the SAME assembly line as it is an exact "quality drain" as the name brand one I purchased previously. At the reviewed price of $35.99 for the black 6" drain you would be getting a drain that is "Name brand quality" (at least I the one I was sent!) I have only purchased a 4" "brushed steel" one at the "orange store" and paid more than that there. Looking at that web site, a similar "name brand" 6" black drain would be $43 in my area, making this a good deal at the reviewed price.

I was quite surprised at the quality of this. It's quite Hefty in the hand and the paint job on it is great. I honestly have no complaints about this. I have done a dry run of it to make sure there weren't any cracks in the casing and things of that nature and I'll be installing this in about a month. Until then I have to give it five stars. We'll see what it's like after installation.

We got this floor drain for a new bathroom that we are putting in and it's a nice high quality and great looking drain. Most of our bathrooms from the builder were installed with 4" drains and having a 6" drain is just so much more effective overall. All in all great floor drain.

The Durimi 304 stainless-steel 6Inch Square Shower Floor Drain with removable hair basket is a very well constructed and finished, moderately heavy-duty shower drain unit. Durimi provides a small "key" to lift the drain cover off and remove the hair basket for easy cleaning.My only disappointment is that Durimi does not provide a shower base with this unit (hence 4 stars); many similar quality and price d units do. It is still a very well made unit though and I would certainly recommend it to others.

I have been looking for a 6 inch shower drain for a master bath remodel to replace my 4 inch drain. It is not easy finding a 6 inch drain and when I did most were not cheap. I decided to take a chance on this one as it was not expensive so I wasn't expecting to much..well I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice and solid this actually is. Even my husband was impressed. Great product.
