Q: What size is this? I don't see it in description or when I go to check out.

One size fits all. The straps will adjust to your body. I do like how it adjusts and fits.

Q: What size cell phone can the pocket hold?

It would have to be a small phone, and it depends where you want to put it. As a test, I fit my LG phone in the water bottle pocket. This is something I don't normally do. It won't fit anywhere else on the front. You could store the phone in back with bladder, which is something I have done. This is a great vest, but it is not designed to have your phone held in a dedicated phone ''pocket.'

Q: Description states product includes the two water bottles but I definitely did not get water bottles with my purchase. Did anyone else have this issue

When I ordered this product I only received the water bottle. Not the vest! I returned it and went with another brand as I didn’t want that to happen again.
