This case is the best! I have dropped my phone so, so many times and this case protects it! Absolutely the best quality and great price!

Less expensive and better all around than otter box.

I bought this case since I absolutely loved the way my Galaxy S8+ has held up so it seemed natural to get another for my replacement phone, a Galaxy S24+. I guess I should have read the reviews about the fingerprint scanner though. I use authenticator apps that require biometrics or pins to unlock. The easiest option is fingerprints.The instructions included in the box say to scan the QR code and watch the video on how to install. The video directs you to register your prints first then apply the front screen protector. Smooth down the finger print circle to seal to the screen then use unlock. Unfortunately the protector itself contradicts this by saying to apply the protector first then register your fingerprints to the phone. Additionally there is an extra protector applied to the fingerprint section of the inside of the front case piece. This is meant to be taken off very last so you can immediately apply to the phone. Cleaned the phone and the case with a microfiber cloth first but I did apply the sticker as directed (I registered my prints first per the video).I was not able to unlock by using my prints through the film protector. So I took the cover off cleaned everything and tried again. Bad idea. Don't clean the fingerprint section with a towel or anything really.One thing that did work was as follows to get the scanner to read through the film. Taking off the cover I registered by fingerprints to the phone. I actually did 4 fingers (2 thumbs and 2 index fingers). Then I carefully applied a tiny bit of alcohol to a Q-tip, and cleaned the inside of the case on the fingerprint circle. Do not leave the area wet. Using a small amount of rubbing alcohol is key. Then after it is clean and dry, do not touch the inside of the case and immediately apply to the phone. Then smooth the circle onto the screen per the instructions. If the circle scanner area appear like a wet tacky circle you have a chance of it reading. While about 95% of the circle does look wet/tacky there is a small portion that doesn't seal to the screen. However I was able to use the scanner to release the screen lock as well as open my authenticator apps.If you're having trouble give this a shot I hope more people see this and give it a shot. The brand and the case have a reputation of being very durable so it's a no-brainer to keep using something that works. They way the front and back cover seals to each other keep out dirt and keep the screen in perfect condition should you need to change out the case later. If there weren't as many issues with the scanner this case would get 5 stars.

Best phone case I've come across for the samsung galaxy S24+

The quality of this phone case is outstanding! It is one of few that WILL maintain the position you've placed it in (even after a few drops, but we"ll keep that between us) as well as holding your phone inside it as when it was new.

I was looking for a case that encompasses the entire phone similar to otterbox, and this case does. Unfortunately there are flaws.The fact that the kick stand was made out of plastic and it sits directly on the back the phone, combined with a reviewer that said that this precise issue caused damage to the back of his phone, made me nervous that the phone could heat up the plastic and cause damage to the back of my phone. The built in screen protector was horrendous. There is this tiny pixilated squares pattern that appeared, which changed and almost diminished the clarity and quality of the phone's screen. In addition, there was lagging in touch responsiveness.Thankfully, the case comes with a frame without the built in screen protector. However, because of the way the frame sits on the screen makes it difficult to be compatible with other screen protectors.Not everything was bad with this case, it does seem solid case and will protect the phone against drops, I loved the single cut out for each camera lens as well as the sensor/flash light, not many cases achieved this including the otterbox which left a good bit of the phone unprotected where the camera lenses are, and the reason why I did not go for otterbox. I wish they came up with a different idea to include the kick stand, without having the back of the phone sit directly onto the plastic instead of the leathery soft material around the stand.

I had one of these cases for my Galaxy s10e. I actually had 2, I replaced the first case after 7 years. I work construction and I dropped the phone a fair number of times. Never had any damage to the phone, never even cracked the screen protector. Only complaint was the built in screen protector, which just trapped dust inside the case against the screen and scuffed up the phone screen. I had left the phone's screen protector on so it didn't do any damage to the actual phone screen. I guess two complaints, the pull tab on the kickstand broke on both cases, but I may have used than 10 times ever, so not really noticeable.I was glad that this case for my s24+, sent a frame without a built in screen protector. Haven't had the case for that long but so far I haven't broken the tab on the kickstand (I only used it once though). Only issue, and not really the case's fault, is I bought a 1-piece lens protector which did not fit in the case slot for the lenses. I had to buy new lens protectors that were 3 separate pieces for each individual lens. And for those kits that sell lens protectors for the flash lens, none of those will work with this case so I wouldn't bother getting one of those.
