Seems to be working
I've been using the spray and laundry additive for a while now. I know the spray kills on contact because I saw it happen with my own eyes. Unfortunately, the spray has no residual effect. I've been using the laundry additive, washing in HOT water only. I didn't see any point in the claim that it works in all temperatures, when you still need to dry clothes on HIGH HEAT. I use it mostly for peace of mind. One IMPORTANT note, the directions say to "add 1 cap full (1 oz) to each load of laundry". The problem is the cap does NOT measure 1 oz! It only measures about 1/2 oz. I contacted the company about it, and they realized that after recently changing the packaging, they neglected to update the instructions. They sent me a free bottle for my trouble. That was nice.

It works
I had bites and did not know where they came from. My friend told ma about this and said she uses it regularly ( when washing her sheets) . I used it and “ presto! “ no more bites!

The merchant was prompt in correcting a shipping problem. Much appreciated. Product is easy to use and not smelly. Thank you for acting so promptly to rectify the USPS problem. We use this spray every spring when we do spring cleaning. We also use it in our RV. I recommend this product.

Yes, It really works!
I works well on all types of clothing. I even mix it with other cleaners to clean my couch. The clothing and couch are cleaned and feel soft. I like all the products by this company. Thank you!

It said it came with 3 bottles and we only got 2. The laundry cleaner was not in the box.

Good but not worth the price
we had bed bugs and i ordered this to help. it’s too expensive for what it is, just a detergent additive and not an actual detergent and some spray. the travel size spray was nice and we will use when staying in hotels from now on, but really you could buy a small spray bottle and put any - cheaper - bed bug spray in it.
