Perfect for my lampshade project

Nice texture and pattern in the cellulose fibers, thicker and more durable than rice paper
Nice quality paper held up well when used with decoupage glue. I used this paper to replace damaged rice paper on small wooden umbrellas that are used to protect plants in the garden.

sturdy and printable
I originally bought this product for making book cloth covers. The description said you can paint and print on it. So I tried it out. I used a Canon TS9521C (inkjet) printer and followed the on line instructions for printing. I got vibrant colors and a great print.

Love the paper
I absolutely love Mulberry paper and Washi paper. They are rare to find and typically quite expensive. These papers are beautifully crafted, with a texture that I adore. The paper is strong, durable, and free of holes. I use them for both painting and calligraphy, and they work wonderfully for both. Their strength and quality allow for smooth brushstrokes and detailed work, making them a favorite choice for my artistic projects.

Wonderful Value!
Oh My WORD!!! I absolutely LOVE this paper and my mind is just spinning with different ways to use it! I kid you not, I LOVE this paper! Traditional washi type paper, thin, not really see-through but strong color does come through when layered. I have not yet found the perfect adjustments on my cutting machine (Starcraft Solo) but I did just order some additional blades that I can’t wait to try. I got 4 sheets of this paper (sorry, I didn’t measure the length), but I did cut them into 10” and they are 12” wide off the roll. The ends of the paper are not a straight cut, but on the purple card I used that to my advantage in trying to recreate a cloud scene over purple foil paper and LOVE how it turned out. I haven’t yet tried it on a white cardstock background, but am imagining using it as either clouds or the ocean with some very light chalk on the edges for definition - WOW, can you imagine just how beautiful that will be? My 3rd picture is holding it up to a sunny window, you can see the light through it, but not the definition of the window, the 4th is over some variagated cardstock and the pattern is somewhat visible. The 5th picture is when I ran some through my Xyron machine to get it more like a sticker on top of the same cardstock. I tried cutting it with the Xyron sticker paper and it still would not cut as I would like (waiting on those blades!) but I believe that with the fabric blade, setting the cut at 1 and the speed at maybe 3 or 4 it will cut through. I found that with putting it in the Xyron it is VERY important to remove the sticker paper from the washi paper, not the washi paper off the sticker paper, it is thin paper! And to go very slowly and it will come off with no problems. I would not use a fresh cutting machine mat on this without first putting an old towel or something on it to remove some of the stickiness, it’ll mess up this paper and its just too beautiful to waste it that way. This is thin, very beautifully detailed paper and it will need the extra attention - but the results are fantastic! Highly recommend - can I just say it again??? I LOVE this paper!
