Helps with energy, sleep & mood to name a few things
I have "MTHFR" syndrome. I went over 50yrs not knowing I have it LOL -BUT it does cause issues. The biggest being I don't process folic acid (in a LOT of cereals) or B vitamins (I store the vitamin, you'd think you would have a lot of energy with excess B vitamins. You do not. It's worse than having none!) This product gives my body what it needs to help process what I can't, improves my mood & energy, and I get a better night's sleep (I find if I take it in the AM I sleep better-its like I have too much energy lol). What I like the most, is there is no additional B vitamins (I hoard them, then the Methylfolate doesn't work that well.) I can't express how much this product helps!!!

Not for Me
I don’t know. I was, of course, influenced by TikTok. I did not notice a difference. Maybe I’m one of those people who methylates my own folate. The pills were well packaged, and the gel caps were easy to swallow. Worth a try, especially if you find you’re one of the people it helps.
