So foams... They get wet, they're going to go bad. I have a few sets of foams that are ripped to shreds from water damage. These aren't typical foams, they are silicon inserts. So if you're going to vent and run in the water; these will keep you from ruining foam inside the tires.Currently have them inside a set of Injora Kraken Claw tires on beadlocks, not vented, and they do especially well. They perform better than the stock 2 stage foams in my VXT2 tires that came with my Vanquish Stance. I would HIGHLY recommend these for any trail truck.

These tire inserts are the best bang for the buck. Add some foam darts to the inner rings on the inserts and you’re dialed. Recommend them to all my buddy’s. I have tried them in all the colors. Green seems the best. But can’t go wrong with blue neither. Size is spot on. Build quality is perfect. No defects with the 6 plus sets I’ve bought.

First off let me say I’m an ex comp scale drivers that spends to much time creek crawling these days. I got these for a set of canyon trails I’ve been meaning to use. Going on a stock 6lb element I got the softs and I am not disappointed. Not only do they work almost as well as triple the cost inserts, they will survive mud and water.

Installed these green 1.9 inserts into redcat gen 8 v2 stock tires and works great ! . Just enough give and softness but not to much .

I've gotten these before for my 1.0 tires on my 1/18s and 1/24s, and this was my first set for my 1/10.The sidewall support is WAY better than stock foams, which is GREAT.I only knock a star off because of the extra work it takes to use these and properly vent THROUGH THE WHEELS, which is how I prefer to vent my wheels/tires. That innermost layer of flat silicone that hugs the wheel itself will completely stop air from passing through the vents on the wheel.What I have taken to doing is cutting off that innermost ring of silicone, so that what meets the wheel is just all the couple mm lines of silicone, instead of a big flat band of it. Not only does this allow proper wheel venting, it also improves the squish (deformation) of the inserts. (I've always been a little disappointed with the amount of deformation/compression with these. Those layers of silicone have nowhere else to go once the tire is at maximum deformation)

The media could not be loaded. I put these inserts on a brand new set of jconcepts megalithic and to say that I’m blown away is an understatement! The blue ones are perfect stiffness for a 6lb 4oz truck like my enduro. These would definitely need some small foam shims if you wanted to fully eliminate any side to side slop in most tires besides injora tires but they’re so minimal with these tires I didn’t see the need because the side hilling and steering performance were not hindered in any way unless a tire had an absolutely tremendous amount of lateral force on it. They add some extra weight down low which is helpful. They are actually quite softer than what I had seen people say online they allow the tire to conform a lot on a fairly light rig I’ve only been used to proline dual stage foams which are noticeably stiffer than these but I have them on heavier rigs also but these conform in a way that seems to give a lot more traction without losing the side hill and steering performance. Overall I’m enjoying them so far and see a definite benefit over foams you just have to be more mindful of the insert size and tire size so they fit correctly and really you cannot beat these for the price.

Great replacement of foams,super grippy, and my truck doesn't roll over as easy. I have a traxxas trx4.
