5k Burstdisks blow and Gauges get stuck

I purchased 4 of these regs to replace all my existing regulators. Out of these 4 tried to use 2 of them yesterday. While filling up the tank, on both the 5k burst disk blew (yes, i filled up the tanks very slow) and one of the gauges now is a stuck at the very right edge of the scale (no, the tank is not that full), the other one does not move at all (currently stuck at 2.8 PSI).Not happy with that purchase as i already had to invest in 2 5k burst disks. Lets see what surprises the 2 not yet used ones have in store for me.
