REALLY SMALL!
BUYERS BEWAREFirst of all, these are NOT 12”x12”. If really stretched, they MIGHT reach 7”!! A totally false misrepresentation.

Not 12 x 12
Bought these because I like to use them for cleaning cloths and my previous source no longer can get them. Package described the cloths as 12 x 12, but they are not. Stretched out they're about 10 x 10. They'll still work, so I'll keep them.

Inaccurate Size
I bought these for sanitary purposes, and although the sponges do a great job on cleaning surfaces, they are clearly not 12x12 as stated. More like 8x8. Luckily they are still large enough to get the job done.

These lap sponges are more like 6" x 6" and definitely not 12" x 12"
However I have used lap sponges as cleaning cloths for years - they are the most absorbent and softest cloths ever. I was concerned because some of my old ones had become too worn to use. Despite the fact that they are much smaller than described (even the packaging indicates that they are 12 x 12), I was happy to find them to replenish my supply!

These shrink to about 5x5” after washing
Size WAY up bc they shrink about half size after washing and drying. I’ve always used these for cleaning and love them.
