Great tool to keep in the car
Great little tool to keep in the car.I used it on a 2005 Scio tC, 2010 Toyota Tundra and 2015 Toyota Sienna. It can charge on usb c or through OBD2 cable.Connects through wifi to download updates. There is a mall feature so it can be enhanced to handle other brands. Not sure on the price of the packs you could buy.I love the feature to get a printable report sent by email that lists all the codes on the car: airbag, ABS, emergency parking break, etc. It can also clear the codes, and do live display. I guess it could be used for examlpe to diagnose the airbag "open squib" code by looking at the resistance in real time of the airbag contacts.I see that it can program keys though i have not tried it yet.I was hoping i could use it to swith the behavior that makes it open only drivers' door on first button press on remote. Maybe i can i have not spent enough time on it yet.I would have loved they included a soft carry case with the device. It's running android so UI is fairly intuitive but screen could have been larger.

Paid for itself, the first time used.
It paid for itself in the first hour that I had it. I had to clear a stored code to reset the battery light after changing the Aux battery, which was dead. The dealership would have charged me at least an hours labor, which is more than what I paid for the tool. I’ve only had it for a few hours, so have only used on the 2007 SL550. Hope it works in the newer Benz as well.

Falls very far from expectations
I bought this product due to all the good reviews it had, but it works as well as a much cheaper scanner. It is not doing the tasks it is intended to do. I will select an option and make all these changes, and it says it's resetting and applying them but it does nothing. I tried to call the number of the company but this is from the asian/china branch, not the us one so I can only communicate through emails. They first told me there is a 24/7 tool and then I realized they were sending me instructions for a much more expensive model, even though I provided pictures of the item and serial numbers. The only thing it does correctly for me is read Check engine codes and reset them. Doesn't work for much of the other stuff I needed it for and it says it is supposed to do. Super disappointed. I have a 2002 C32 AMG and this product does not work with it.

Works well with all cars
Easy to use for everyone works for more then just Toyota and Lexus, works for all cars that I own, dodge and Lexus, has lots of functions to disable and enable certain vehicle abilities and clear and read dtc codes and malfunctions, great tool highly recommend this product and other products from this brand. Cheers!

Poor manual - but it does the trick
I was able to address an issue related to the variant coding of a 2024 Sprinter (VS30 907, 144" AWD). This is one of the few units on the market that can do this. If you need to do ECU coding, the Launch CReader Elite is worth a try. It does what it says it can do.That being said, for a beginner, the UI is not very intuitive, and the manual is outright poor. I am not a car mechanic, and ECU coding, OBD2, and scanners are all new to me. I got the required coding done, but I didn't feel confident at all. The manual does not describe the steps of ECU coding, nor where to find the functionality in the UI.

It does work for the most part.
You will be able to scan for codes and reset them when needed. Tool is very detailed in diagnostics. Only issue is when trying to do calibrations. You can’t enter values into cells. Making suspension calibration virtually impossible. Also calibrating anything where you need to enter a value is not possible. User interface does not have that capability.

Works well for GLC SUV.
It connected to wifi and updated all its software. One thing I don't understand is why it updated all other car brands software on it, even it actually only support Benz. Nevertheless, I connected it to GLC OBDII port and it automatically detected VIN and ran diagnosis. It came back with a full list of report with few error codes that I did not even noticed. I cleared the code with this tool. The purpose of purchasing this tool was to allow me to register a new battery. When buying a battery for GLC through dealer cost $500, Costco and Amazon could get same spec battery for less than $200. The difference is the labor and battery registration that requiring a special tool. This tool fits for that purpose. Under Mercedes, then advance search will show all the special functions that including battery registration. Great to have it.

Great OBD2 reader for s great price!
I opened the package and the unit was 90% charged. So I took it out to my truck and plugged it in. It immediately read the VIN number and I was able to go in and see live readings such as throttle position, ambient air temperature, engine load, etc. Very cool device and well worth the money!
