These are just good quality standard component cables. You'd need HD Retrovision's sega genesis cables which cost much more than these because of custom circuitry inside them. You'd also need the adapter to convert the end of the genesis cable to fit with the saturn. It will be while before they are in stock again. No. The yellow plug on you devices is the video for composite cables. The S-video is an alternative improved video plug.
