So good you’ll fight granny
I use this pot for cooking stone ground grits. Heat transfers well and no burning if I stir. Nice heavy weight for even heat distribution. Makes grits so good you’d fight granny for them.

A glossy red saucepan that heats food evenly
The media could not be loaded. This cast iron saucepan has beautiful glossy red coloring.It is well-built and so is the lid.The handle on the lid and saucepan both seem to be sturdy.I decided to make some oatmeal this morning 🌞 as my first meal to cook in this cast-iron saucepan.The heat seems to be distributed evenly as I cook in it for the first time.I needed to use a mitt to pick up the pot and pour the oatmeal into a bowl because the pan was slightly hot.But I was easily able to clean and wash out the pan with no hassle.I’m going to cook some rice in this pan soon and see how well the lid will hold the heat.I'm sure cooking rice in this pan will come out great.

It holds the heat like cast-iron
I love cast-iron, but I am unable to take and use it all the time. The ability to hold the heat on a low flame in the ease of cleanup is fantastic.

Surface is not non-stick at all.
The pot looks great and heats evenly, but everything sticks to the inside surface and gets baked on. Must scrub with a scotch pad to get it clean.
