I would order from them again
I was very impressed with the company. My rower showed up and it had a crack in the water tank. They quickly got on it. I emailed them and they got on it and got me a new rower and it got here. I checked everything out and there were no cracks or anything so I put it together. It’s just a couple of pieces and some screws to put in it nothing hard I mean it’s pretty easy to put together self-explanatory And then I filled her up. and took her for a spin. I absolutely love it reasonable price. They were super super great to me and got it out here. I got it within four days and they told me to keep the old one for parts so that being said products get tossed around out there even big products that are hard to get around and the first one got broke and so I have to give them all the credit because they they emailed me every day to let me know what was going on and that they get those taken care of and they did. I would buy from them again because they took care of the issue and made good on everything and it was wonderful if you get a chance to give them a try, I didn’t pay a whole lot for that roller but it works great. I have been on it. I do three days of workouts and my walking and I absolutely love it I would I would definitely buy other things from them.

Honest Review
Pros:1. Price - For 199,. after a 50. coupon you really can't beat the price of this quality rower.2. Build - It is solid and well built It very good looking and stands up nicely out of the way when not in use. It comes with fairly easy instructions to put together. The seat is nice and the grips are good. The adjustable foot pedals are something you usually don't see in this price range. They even have rings to help you put the straps on your feet!++3. Warranty/Customer service - Comes with a 1 year warrant and the times that I have reached out to customer service they have answered me within 24 hours.Cons (These a are a given at this price range).1. Monitor - Let me put this bluntly: the monitor is just something to look at. It really doesn't provide you any pertinent information if you really desire to become an competitive at home rower. It doesn't provide your strokes per minute or your 500/meter split. But to be honest in order to get this you would need to invest an additional $250. to the price tag. The bluetooth is nice in that you can at least hook a heart rate Monitor up to it and stream it to a fitness app. That being said, this is a beginner rower. Someone that is not sure if they will really want to row long term. Someone just starting. Someone that isn't looking to compete but just wants to watch a video or tv program and row away and loose a few pounds. If that is you I highly recommend this rower. It is a very good way to get your feet wet so to speak. In the beginning just keep your pace with the person on the TV your watching row and you will be fine.2. Resistance - There is a lot of worry over resistance. To be honest with water rowers resistance basically means how heavy is your boat your rowing and how many people are in it. Well, there is not a lot of people in this boat. It only has two fans in the tank. But this should be plenty for a beginner. Really, resistance on a water rower comes down to the intensity of the row (how hard your rowing). Your real resistance is really up to you. I am a beginner so I find this machine to be adequate. Just fill it up to level 6 and row away! Not specially related to this rower1. Kinomap - This is a personal opinion. I was excited about the 44 days of Kinomap. I don't think I will use it though. I found the videos on there to be not of good quality and not engaging. I recommend Hydrow or Apple Fitness+ or even Peloton. (Yes you can use these with out being a full fledged membership and It will range between 10 to 25 a month for a stand alone app). I will personally be using Hydrow and Apple Fitness+.Final thoughtsThis is probably the best bang for your buck on Amazon for a quality water rower, especially if you can get it with a coupon. Great starter water rower. Great build quality and the foot pedal adjustment are a big bonus (should never have a rower with pedals that rotate). The monitor looks nice but really only provides non essential metrics. Blutooth is great in order to attach a heart monitor.Of course if your an avid rower and really looking to compete and perform on the various rowing apps, this is not the rower for you, but to be honest you wouldn't be buying this rower anyway. However, if the monitor was better in reality the quality of the rower is of such that even someone that is avid would be happy with it. I give it 4 stars for build quality, price and customer service. If it had a better monitor it would be 5 but then again remember how much your paying for this quality piece of equipment that should provide you some good workouts into the future.

Actually, a really good rower for the money
I’m in decent shape. I get a good workout out of this. I have the water 3/4 full and give it about a good 25 minutes rowing. It’s it’s quite the workout now. I suppose if you’re some elite athlete or somebody like that no it’s not enough you’re gonna have to get something super fancy but really at the price point. This thing this is a steal. Oh yeah, I’m 5 11 fits me good but and I would say anyone above 6 1 this we be small.

Very Dissappointed in Quality Control. Arrived Broken.
I received this rowing machine in terrible condition. The water tank was cracked and leaking, soaking the entire package. To make matters worse, it looked like someone had attempted a poor repair with epoxy glue. This is completely unacceptable for a “new” item. I expected a quality product, but what I got feels like a returned item that was hastily patched up. Very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone looking for reliable equipment.

Excellent customer service
Let me first say that I love this rowing machine. I've had this for almost a couple of weeks now. Very smooth rowing, great product, money well spent! Now, customer service is also amazing. When I first got the machine, part of it was a little damaged, so I contacted them. The response was prompt, and the nice lady was very reassuring and addressed all my concerns. Not only that, she was able to deliver all necessary replacements in no time!

Great workout and good price
My husband and I wanted to start a workout routine. Rowing seemed interesting to both of us, though neither of us have ever been on a rower. This arrived quickly and only took about 20 minutes for my son and husband to assemble. Instructions were clear and simple to follow. We’ve been on this rower for 6wks now and we both like this machine quite a bit. He is 5’11” and I’m 5’5” and there is plenty of room for either of us to push back with our legs. Neither of us saw the need for bells and whistles such as Bluetooth capabilities. We follow along with Apple Fitness+ for 30 minutes a day and 5 days a week. The seat is comfortable for the duration of the workout and doesn’t hurt the rear end. The handles are easy to hang onto, even when sweaty. The only thing that freaked me out a little was the wheels under the seat made a strange noise when I increased the stroke rate and pushed my legs harder. It didn’t loosen or anything, just an unexpected noise.Overall it does as it’s supposed to and stores nicely up against the wall. For beginners like us it’s been a great workout. I would recommend it to anyone who is a beginner like us and doesn’t want to spend a fortune on a machine which has bells and whistles you might not use.
