This is not the original Top Paw pads. The ones pictured are the new To paw pads. They are inferior to the previous ones. They do not hold urine ...which runs off the pad.

Q: Why you guys sale this so expense when in pet smart price is not even 50 dollars

The reason is that most of the time the pet stores have run out of stock.

Q: what are the dimensions of these? how many in a pack?

There was only 10 in the pack, I sent them back. Get them at Pet Snart much cheaper.
