Just one packet cleaned out the tank. There was a lot of rusty looking water and deposits and not it looks like it is brand new.

Complicated to use
Be careful! This is not easy to use! There are many complicated steps. I'm a woman-not a plumber. Missed the return date or I would have returned. Useless to me and a waste of money.Changed my review from one star to four stars as I was contacted by the company and offered a refund for the product. Excellent customer service! I will definitely buy other products from them in the future.

Works exactly as promised.CAUTION: IF YOU HAVE CHLORINE TABS IN YOUR TOILET THE FUMES EMITTED FROM THE TWO PRODUCTS USED TOGETHER ARE LETHAL. Take caution.

It did clean the tank
We’ll the package came with one packet opened and all the powder was all over in the box.

Easy
Worked really well. I didn’t have to do any scrubbing. Just placed it in the tank before I went to bed, stirred it with a long straw, and the next morning it was clean.
