Is the battery replaceable?

I haven’t taken it apart, but judging by the casing, it appears that it’s powered by a rechargeable 18650 li-ion battery.

Why does my light change brightness levels on it’s own? No I have not come close to touching the buttons when it changes.

When the battery is starting to lose its charge its gets dim

does it come with charging cable?

It comes with a short USB cable but no adapter to plug in the outlet. However it will work with most any AC adapter for USB cables.
