The cushion is really good and comfortable. The material is soft at same time best for painful neck to get support.

I expected the pillow to be a little better in shape / design and perhaps an inch more in height would be better.

Painful experience. This I can say after my entire family has used the product for more than a month now. My son and my husband discarded the pillow within 3-4 days of use due to the discomfort caused in soulder and neck.I myself is the sole victim who somehow wanted to stick to my choice proving that its a good product. And today I am suffering the most with sleepless painful burning shoulder and neck all night due to constant use of this pillow.I regret not testing one and buying 3 in a row and wasting so much money.
