Brilliant tool.
This is excellent. Much better than I expected and very powerful. The offer of a free 4Ah battery was fulfilled and made it a good deal, even if it wasn't cheap. Superb for limbing in conjunction with a proper chainsaw, or great for the odd branches when you don't want to put your chainsaw PPE on. Everyone one who's seen it in action wants one.

Good weight for a woman to use
Excellent item. As a female it's a good weight for me and does an excellent job.

Safety guard on the blade should be a bright colour
Excellent piece of kit, we removed some privet stumps with it. However the safety guard over the blade is black, my wife forgot to remove it. Fair enough it's user error, not a manufacturer one.Other than that, I do recommend the 18v 4amp battery.

My favourite Bosch garden tool
Light and convenient, as it's cordless. Does the job on thick branches. Very small and easy to store. It doesn't have an oil tank but oil is included to apply to the blade.

Great mini saw
Have had chance to use this now. Had an old rose that needed a good hair cut. It’s easy to use the mini chai saw. It’s my first time using one but feel there are jobs in the garden that can now be tackled quickly and easily. Very happy with purchase. Also I was able to reduce the buying cost as already have the batteries from other Bosch tools that are compatible with this.

A great little saw. Very robust and effective. I have a number of bosch batteries labelled "2", smaller than recommended for this saw, but they worked fine. Had a bit of difficulty putting it back together after cleaning: you have to sink the cutout section in the blade properly into the raised plastic guide section on the body, but it's OK when you realise this. Pleased with it
