Doesn’t work I did not see any difference

Got these for my mother to try, as she has been having some issues with forgetting things here and there, and just occasionally having a little fogginess.Sadly, she had to stop taking them because there was simply too much caffeine in them. Her body is very sensitive to caffeine now, and these made her shaky, amped up, and anxious.I don't know if the caffeine is essential to the other active ingredients, but I would like to see something like this WITHOUT all the caffeine in it.

This formulation contains 200mg of caffeine or roughly the same as 2 cups of coffee. That's enough to stimulate most brains to greater alertness especially during the early afternoon when we might start to fade. Caffeine affect different people differently, especially in regard to sleep, so if you are sensitive, be cautious of not taking them too late in the day. Cheaper than 2 cups of coffee and arguably more convenient.

Over the past few years I’ve been deep diving into natural options to void taking Adderall. Was taking Onnit Alpha Brain but still needed coffee. Switched to this Brain Support due to it having higher amount of Alpha GPC and Theacrine. The dosage on bottle says 2 capsules, I only take 1 capsule. It helps me be hyper focused yet still feel like myself not a zombie like Adderall. No more need for coffee. Feel like it would give me palpitations if I did have coffee with this.Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, there were no expiration dates written on either one of the two bottles that I ordered which concerns me.I have not opened the bottles yet

I like this Seven Cells Nootropic Brain Support Supplement. I really like the fact it has absolutely no fillers and quality ingredients. It has B3,B6,B12, and Theobromine which are all know to help energy and cognition. It alos has some things I had not heard of: Malate, Alpha GPC, Methylliberine, Teacrine and Alpha GPC. I haven't taken it long enough to see any real results but knowing the vitamins are good and looking up the items I never heard of indicates that this should really help improve brain function. I will update if it does.It is made in a FDA certified GMP facility and is gluten free.Be aware that it does contain 2000 mg of natural caffeine.
