Tighter Filter Media
This filter works; it has a different and tighter weave of fibers than the original filter, but I have noticed zero difference compared to the genuine filter. Many 3rd party manufacturers have similar constructions for their "allergy reducing" filters for the ResMed 10 & 11 systems. When using my Air-Mini on a battery pack, the power draw after a night's sleep appeared identical.

Good fit and thicker than OEM
This filter was slightly larger than Resmed’s OEM filter and was slightly thicker. Although larger it fit the filter housing perfectly. The filter mesh appeared to be the same so I’m guessing it filters better.
