Kage creatine was one of the few that I actually noticed result in size, but also in soreness recovery. great flavor, I mix it with the fruit punch kaged pre-workout. amount last about a month for someone working out 3-4 times a week.

Insanely expensive for the amount you get. I admit it was 100% my fault as to the fact that I did not look at the ounces on this item before purchase there is no size comparison for you to think you need to you assume this is a regular size item however the fact that I paid almost $30 for this creatine powder and the fact that it is only not even 3 oz of powder is not something at that price range that I guess I just assumed I was getting more than that. I also try to keep the supplements I ingest as healthy and as natural as possible however my own stupidity I did not look at the fine print on the ingredients when I purchase this and it has sucralose in it something I always try to stay away from as to the fact that it is terrible for you in so many ways. Very aggravated with myself due to the fact that I cannot return this item it is not eligible for return, which I think is kind of stupid considering I would have returned it unopened obviously. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose.
