This product has literally saved my basement. Someone left a puppy at my home and while I worked i could only leave her in the basement as she is an escape artist a d I was worried she'd get run over . As a puppy she obviously can't hold it and peed a few times and it soaked into the concrete. The smell was terrible. I tried the baking soda and vinegar scrub worked for the day but labor intensive with the scrubbing rinsing and drying as there is no drain or pump down there . But next day smell was back . Tried bleach and all purposes cleaners same issue. I just got this today and when I say on contact smell was gone and the basement the whole basement was back to where you could stand to be in it again . I am so happy it is also from a small business as well . The price is super affordable and the bottle is enough to do this treatment repeatedly as puppy still hasn't found a home and will likely have another accident while I'm at work. Yes I put down puppy pads but she's a pup so she misses sometimes. Thank you so much for this product just wish I'd of found it sooner .

First of all … I have tried so many different types of cleaners. Nothing permanently stopped the urine smell. I have 2 puppies, one being a Great Dane (BIG pees) and their room has tile w grout. I could never get the smell of dog pee out of the grout. I took a chance after reading several reviews, and I am here to report it works!I followed the directions, used 4 ounces w mop plainWater. Mopped the floor. Next day, I used 2 ounces w water, mopped again. Any time I have a dog pee accident, I use 2 ounces in plain mop water. I have absolutely no urine smell in the dog room at all!I made a spray bottle w 2 ounces for small accidents, I have even sprayed the dog beds and blankets. Pleased with the smell it the product. It’s just clean. Not over powering flowery smell. I will NEVER be without this as long as I have pets. It has literally saved my house!

My husband and I have been using this product for years. I use it on literally everything. The smell is very light and pleasant, it rids my house of pet odors. I had my first bottle for well over a year, and I believe this is my third bottle. I recommend this product to everyone if you have pets.

I do think it helps, immediately I noticed a difference. It just can’t get between the cracks and I think previous dog marked certain spots. I’ve deep cleaned, cleaned with this and occasionally my dog will mark a spot. The smell is great.

We have a 13-year-old cat who has decided she no longer wants to use the litter box. Chose the hall runner! I have cleaned and cleaned and it still smells like cat pee. purchased this after power washing and nuclear testing of all household products. Spray applied 2 MLS of product in a quart of water. smell was gone in seconds. Ithas somewhat of a clove smell initially, that was not bad. after it dried no scent at all. amazing!

Our male cat decided our brick fireplace was his new litter box. The smell permeated our whole upstairs. This product eliminated the smell within five minutes!! I will never be without this.

Was very skeptical but ended pleasantly surprised. I have 4 dogs and a puppy. We're still in the housebreaking stage with the puppy. With the past products, after rinsing the mop a few times the bucket started smelling like a combination of urine and the cleaning product. You could tell the cleaning product was just attempting to mask the smell. With this, the bucket doesn't get that nauseating perfumey urine smell. It's has a light pleasant scent. Not over powering at all. Not thrilled with the price but it's worth it to have a cleaning smelling house.

Worth. Every. Penny! We have tried everything and nothing cleans up and removes the smell from our elderly pets. We have both a cat and a dog who struggle with potty messes. This stuff completely removes the smell. I’m so impressed!
